Jeffrey Norris Obituary

NORRIS , Jeffrey Allen Jeffrey Allen Norris, of Parkville, Maryland was born in Searcy, Arkansas on December 8, 1970 to Marilyn (Crain) Norris and Jimmy A. Norris and departed this life on Saturday, August 28, 2010. He leaves a devoted wife, Keri (Smith) Norris and three wonderful children, Jacob (16), Brittney (15), and Joshua (5) of Parkville in addition to his parents of Fredericksburg, Virginia. He also leaves two sisters whom he loved and who love him, Jennifer Norris of Fort Worth, Texas and Janet Norris Million of Arlington, Virginia, as well as many nieces, nephews, and friends. Jeff was a Christian who leaned heavily on his faith and was an inspiration to those who loved him. He loved his family more than anything, but he also loved golfing and fishing. Jeff was a gracious and giving individual who found much joy in expressing his love by presenting gifts. During his formative years he excelled at baseball, soccer, and golf. He was a graduate of James Madison High School in San Antonio, Texas and Northern Virginia Community College in Annandale, Virginia. He was employed as a management analyst at the Department of Veteran Affairs in Washington, D.C.
Funeral services will be held at 12:00 PM on Thursday, September 2, 2010 at the family owned Peaceful Alternatives Funeral & Cremation Center, P.A., 2325 York Road, Timonium, Maryland 21093. Interment Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, a trust fund is being set up for his three children. Friends may call the family owned Peaceful Alternatives Funeral & Cremation Center, 2325 York Rd., Timonium on Thursday, September 2, 2010, 10:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.. A funeral service will be held 12:00 p.m. Thursday, September 2, 2010. Interment Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens.
