Jo Gafos Obituary

Jo Marie Gafos "GG", loving mother and grandmother, passed away peacefully on January 20, 2024. Beloved wife of the late Adamandios Gafos; devoted mother of Heather Armstrong, Stacey Massey, John Gafos (Sheena), and George Gafos (Alana Henninger); loving grandmother of Jacob Massey, Adamandios Gafos, Constantinos Gafos, and Elijah Gafos; also survived by extended family and friends.

Friends may call at the family owned Ruck Towson Funeral Home, Inc., 1050 York Rd. (beltway exit 26), on Thursday, January 25th, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM, where a Trisagion Service will be held at 7 PM. Jo Marie will lie-in-repose at the Greek Orthodox Cathedral of the Annunciation, 24 W Preston St, Baltimore, MD, 21201, on Friday, January 26th, from 10 to 11 AM, at which time a Service will begin. Interment Greek Orthodox Cemetery, 5917 Windsor Mill Rd., Baltimore, MD 21207. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her name to Gilchrist at www.gilchristcares.org
