Joseph Flood Obituary
On Tuesday, September 19, Joseph Patrick Flood Jr beloved husband of Anne (King) Flood died surrounded by family. Loving father of his daughters Margaret Flood Barry and her husband Bob Barry,Patricia Flood Black and her husband Chip Black,Jeanne Flood Ames and her husband Kenneth Ames and loved by his six grandchildren, Cortney, Kara, Jack, Karley, Kevin and Grace, and three step grandsons Tim, Mark (wife, Irene and son, Nicholas) and Matt Black. He is survived by six brothers and sisters and many other dear relatives and friends. Visitation will be at the family-owned Ruck Towson Funeral Home 1050 York Rd. (at beltway exit 26), on Thursday, September 21, from 7-9 PM, and Friday, September 22, from 2-4 PM and 7-9 PM. Celebration Mass at The Church of The Nativity, Timonium, Maryland on Saturday, September 23 at 11AM. In lieu of flowers, donations to The University of Maryland Shock Trauma and/or Gilchrist Hospice Care. www.ruckfuneralhomes.com

Anne, I was so sad to learn about the death of Joe, he has been struggling so these past few years. I only met Joe once, it was at Meghan's wedding at Conomo Point - he wanted to sit on the porch of the house we were in and just watch the boats in the river and the tide go in and out. We had a delightful time chatting and so pleased I had a chance to meet him. He will be missed by you and the family. My deepest sympathies to you all. Joan
