Joe Potter,
As a GAO supervisor and mentor, I learned a lot from Joe on how to work with management and processing those darn reports. Later in retirement, we talked monthly about GAO, life and countless other subjects. My sympathies to his wife, family and friends for their loss. I know it has been a rough 4 or 5 years. Most of all, RIP Joe. You will be missed.
