Keith Tritle Obituary

TRITLE , Keith A. KEITH ALLEN TRITLE, 50, of 13808 Sunrise Drive, Maugansville, MD, passed away, Friday, October 13, 2006, at his home after a courageous battle against cancer. Born Sunday, January 8, 1956, in Hagerstown, Maryland, he was the son of the late John Floyd Tritle and Agnes Tritle-Wilson of Maugansville, MD. He was a 1974 graduate of North Hagerstown High School and was employed at the Maryland Correctional Institute as a Correctional Sergeant. He was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church and most recently attended Hagerstown Grace Brethren Church. Keith was Vice President of AFSME Local 1772 and a member of the Clear Spring American Legion Post 222. Keith was an avid motorcyclist and enjoyed participating in many charity rides. Keith was a devoted husband for 30 years to Rae Ann Tritle. He was a loving father to their children, Jason D. Tritle of Parkville, MD, Emily R. Lynch of Hagerstown, MD and Logan J. Tritle living at home. He was a respected father-in-law to Todd Lynch of Hagerstown, MD and Amy Tritle of Parkville, MD. He was a cherished Pop-Pop to granddaughter, Delaney R. Lynch of Hagerstown, MD and grandson, Bryce D. Lynch of Hagerstown, MD. He is also survived by his brother, John K. Tritle of Greencastle, PA.
A Celebration of Life will be held at the Maugansville Ruritan Building on Saturday, October 21, 2006 from Noon to 4 p.m. Arrangements are being handled by the Douglas A. Fiery Funeral Home 1331 Eastern Blvd. North Hagerstown, Maryland.
