Mark was a running mate of mine at Eastern Kentucky University. We met through the marching band, both being trombone players. One of those natural athletes one may be fortunate to know. A year behind him at school, he was kind to me and in a way mentored me during my freshman year in college. I remember that blue 4 door car he had as I was relegated to riding in the back seat, I think it was a Dodge Cricket. I met him a few times after EKU and he took care of me. One New Years Eve was memorable.
As things go, we lost touch and my condolences go out to Mark's family.

I knew Mark when he was married to my sister, Shari Wisnewski. I remember him as a great and down to earth gentlemen. Always good for a laugh. My prayers are with his wife and children. This is a great loss.

I went to High School with Mark and played many games of Football with him. We also played in band for 4 years together at Russell High School.I send my deepest sympathy to his wife, kids and family. This is such a tragedy, I didn't know where Mark was at but I new he would be sucessful werever he was, and it certainly seems like that was the case with the many articles I have come upon on his work with Phillips. Best wishes.
