Richard Bartulis Obituary
Bartulis. On October 29, 2014, Richard L. Bartulis, retired Vice-President of Software Development at Citigroup, beloved husband of Kay Bartulis (nee Upchurch); devoted father of Tracie Dells and her husband Glenn and Vickie Allen and her husband John; dear grandfather of Glenn M. Dells Jr., Justin L. Dells and Johnny H. Allen III; brother of Judy Ordway (Cary, NC). Visiting at the Lassahn Funeral Home, Inc., 7401 Belair Road (Overlea) on Monday 7-9 pm. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday at 1:00 pm. Entombment Holly Hill Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the National Kidney Foundation or the American Heart Association.
