He was preceded in death by his parents, Milton V. Lentz, Sr. and Catherine B. Mleczko, and one brother, Milton V. Lentz, Jr.
He is survived by one brother and sister-in-law, Lawrence A. Lentz and Robin Lentz; four daughters, Robin Ali, Stacy Jones, Heather L. Lentz, and Megan Blankenship; Loving grandson, Randy Asencio, IV.; five granddaughters, Amber and Allison Jones, Aleigha and Kamryn Blankenship and Modisty Rockett; Four great-grandchildren; and Loving nephew and niece, Michael and Heather M. Lentz. Services will be delayed until people can safely assemble.
