Richard Rudick Obituary

Richard Rudick, of Reisterstown, MD, passed away on Thursday, October 3rd, 2024, at the age of 78. He is survived by his devoted wife, Patricia Rudick (nee Collier); his loving children, Jill (Jordan) Steller, Jennifer (Rob) Zunikoff, Dineen (Shawn) Bard and Denzil Snyder; his beloved grandchildren, Jane Steller, Jett Steller, Judd Steller, Jack Steller, Alana Zunikoff, Sawyer Bard, Rachael Bard, Lucas Snyder and Noah Snyder; and his ex wife, Joy (Robert) Ebaugh. He was predeceased by his caring siblings, Marianne (Robert) Shor, Ivan (Linda) Aaronson, Joseph Rudick, Martin (Miriam) Rudick and Evelyn Lafferman; and his dear parents, Irving and Sarah Rudick.

Richard graduated from City College in 1964, where he was a proud member of the Mu Sigma fraternity. In 1968, he earned his degree from the University of Maryland and soon after joined his brother in the family's retail furniture business, where he worked until 1993. Richard had many passions in life, including his deep love for his wife, children, and grandchildren. He was also an avid car enthusiast, particularly fond of Corvettes, and took great joy in collecting antiques and memorabilia from his era. Richard loved to tell stories and meet new people. He could make a friend out of anyone.

Services at Sol Levinson's Chapel, 8900 Reisterstown Road, Pikesville, MD 21208, on Sunday, October 6th, 2024, at 2:30 PM. Please omit flowers.
