Rob Harper, longtime resident, poitical and civil rights activist and 1st African American business owner (Harper's Cleaners) in Columbia, Md. passed on Sept 16.

Survived by children Jessica, Robin Martin, Bob, & Christy Harper. Memorial Service Saturday Nov. 9 at 11 am at Wilde Lake Interfaith Center Columbia, Md.
