Bob - a wonderful friend and co-worker; always known as one of the good guys. Ne er bothered anyone - just loved the water, his boat, his home, his dogs, and certainly his family. His friendship will stay with me always.

Bob was definitely one of the good guys. He was always a joy to be around (both in and out of work) and would do anything to help out a friend. He will truly be missed... Thoughts and prayers go out to his family

I got to speak at Bob's retirement party from the County. It was a pleasure giving him some traffic engineering harassment. He and I had worked together for many years and they were fun years. I shocked to hear about his passing, because he was always in good shape and had a very dry sense of humor. I had always assumed that one day he would leave Flarida, the sun shine, the fishing, the boating and warm weather and come back to Maryland to enjoy the snow and ice. Perhaps not. I will miss him he was one of the good guys to work with.
