Thomas Hicks

Thomas Hicks passed away peacefully on August 22, 2025. He lived a full and meaningful life, leaving behind a legacy of kindness, generosity, and unforgettable memories.

He made a lasting impression on people by remembering small details and always asking thoughtful questions about their families and their lives.

Raised by his grandmother, along with a close extend family, Tom grew up with a strong sense of self and desire to achieve. His proudest moment was the success of his book printing business, Victor Graphics in Baltimore, MD that he started in 1983. His goal with the company was to make a difference in the lives of his employees by providing opportunities to those that did not have opportunities readily available.

So many times, his family has heard through past employees how much Tom was respected and admired for how much he changed their lives.

As an extraordinarily strong dog lover, Tom was happiest when surrounded by his pets. For those that wish to honor Tom, please make a donation in his name at your local SPCA.

Tom leaves behind his wife Teri and his four children – Tom, Reese, Shauna and Vickery, with their respective families. He will be sorely missed, as he was definitely one of a kind-always ready with a kind word and a helping hand, touching the lives of everyone around him.
