It was a pleasure working with Tom in the Maryland Division of Correction. I'm so glad I saw Tom @ Buster Blackiston's retirement party.

I will never forget the love and kindness you and Tom always showed me. The love you shared with each other was always shared with your family and friends. I feel privileged to have known Tom and will miss his positive attitude and smiling face. We will all see each other again in Heaven.

May God wrap His loving arms around you and keep you in His loving embace now during this difficult time and for years to come.

Don and I will keep you in our thoughts and prayers.
