My sincere condolences to the family. It was sad for me when Dr. Fitzpatrick retired, and I was forced to find another physician. I was never able to find the same level of comfort which I'd become accustomed to, under his care. Both he and Mary Ann were always wonderful.

My sympathy to the family. Dr. Fitzpatrick was my doctor from 1968 (my 1st pregnancy) until his retirement. He delivered my three sons. He was the most gentle, friendly & thoughtful doctor I ever knew. He always made you feel comfortable and that he truly cared about your well being. No doctor could ever fill his shoes. May he have the eternal rest that he deserves.

sDear Family of Dr. Fitzpatrick, I first met your father as a new nurse and was very taken by his compassion and kindness for his patients. I also learned what a wonderful person he was and how much he cared for his family. He will be greatly missed by many. I was delivered by Dr. Fitzpatrick; and he was my doctor for 25 years. He was a very caring and kind doctor. And there will never be anyone like him.

To the Fitzpatrick family,
Dr Fitzpatrick was a good friend of my parents, Dr. August Kiel & Mary Kiel. They both spoke very highly of him. I'm sure he will be greatly missed.

Dr. Fitzpatrick will always be remembered by our family.Because of his commitment, our daughter, Maureen is alive today. He also delivered another daughter,and a son. May he rest in peace.

I have never met a more caring devoted person than Dr Fitz. Not only in practicing medicine, but in his every day devotion to his faith and his family and friends. He has been missed since his retirement. I will never forget him. Rest in Peace Doctor Fitz.

I was sad to hear of Dr. Fitzpatrick's passing. He delivered my first born son so I will always remember him. He took very good care of me and advocated for me in the operating room when the anesthetist had difficulty administering medication to me. He was a very good doctor. God bless.

Dr.Fitzpatrick was a caring, gentle man and a wonderful doctor. He helped calm a young mother, taking away the fear of having a sick child. He gave me confidence in my parenting abilities. Now my children are safely grown.Thank you Dr. Fitzpatrick, you are greatly missed.
