Virginia Charles Obituary

Virginia Wall Charles, 75, of Laurel, Maryland passed away on March 9, 2022 peacefully surrounded by family. Virginia was born on February 5, 1947 to Dorothy and Grover Wall in Abington, PA. She taught science in Baltimore Co Public Schools for over 10 years. She served as a volunteer, PTA president and on the school board in Howard County. For almost 20 years she was a legislative aide and committee secretary in the Maryland House of Delegates. She is survived by her husband of 51 years, Dr. Harry K. Charles Jr., her daughter, Heather Clark (Jamie); her brother, Dr. Robert Wall, a nephew, Peter Wall and two grandsons, Blake and Weston Clark.
