Family will receive friends at Sterling Ashton Schwab Witzke Funeral Home of Catonsville, Inc., 1630 Edmondson Ave., Catonsville, MD 21228 on Sunday, August 11 from 6 to 7:30 PM. Services will be held at Our Lady of the Angels Chapel, at Charlestown, 711 Maiden Choice Lane, Catonsville, MD 21228 on Monday at 11 AM, where viewing will begin at 10 AM. Interment Loudon Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Charlestown United Protestant Church Mission Fund or Our Lady of the Angels Chapel - both at 711 Maiden Choice Lane, Catonsville, MD 21228. Pastor West was the first Pastor I can remember as a small child at Evangel Baptist Church in Newark (later Springfield). He was always kind, and had a huge, infectious smile, which I can still see clearly 60 years later. Also sweet to see names below that I remember well. Looking forward to that great reunion when we all see each other again. God Bless.

Dear West family,
I believe your father was the pastor of Evangel Baptist Church in Springfield, NJ when I was growing up. Was sorry to here of Pastor West's passing.
May God give you peace knowing he is in His Fathers arms.
