My Dad was one of the best people I had ever been around. He prepared me for life like a parent should. He prepared me for everything that I would need to be a better person and a patient person. I wish I would have listened earlier than 14 to my parents. Just having them around me all the time in the very small house we grew up in was prized enough for a crazy kid like me. For that, I hope I can repay them by doing the same for my daughters. Unconditional love and understanding. Thanks Dad and Mom. For that I will always love you.

I just found out about the death of "Sonny" as I always called him. We had been childhood friends in Highlandtown. It was good to see him at my surprise 60th birthday which was 7 years ago. My deepest condolences to the family.

Danny and I were at baseball practice one day and I did not have a ride home. Mr Bill offered to drive me home, being I was the last kid still at practice. I was 11 years old that day and it was the first time I had ever met Mr Bill or Danny.

I have my own rides now, but I will certainly miss Mr Bill. He could not give enough.

Dear Jean, Although we have never met, I was a childhood friend of Bill. He was an usher in my wedding. The last time I saw Bill was at my dad's funeral in 2000. On behalf of my wife, Jackie, and myself, we wish to express our deepest condolences to you and your family. We are sorry that we cannot attend the wake and funeral, but your family and Bill will be in our prayers. Perhaps when my wife and I are in Baltimore in the future, we can have the pleasure of a vist with you. Stan and Jackie Fajkowski

Words are hard to come by at a time like this. The only thing I can really say is that Bill was truly a wonderful person who liked to make you laugh. He will be greatly missed.
