William Ratliff Obituary
Suddenly on April 11, 2014 William B. Ratliff "Bill" of Ferndale. Beloved husband of Debbie Ratliff (nee Boots). Loving father of Kristen Fish. Brother of Edith Marie "Judy" Pandolfino, Betty "Weezie" Leet and the late John Ratliff, also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins. The family will receive friends at the family owned and operated MCCULLY-POLYNIAK FUNERAL HOME P.A., 237 E. Patapsco Ave., (Brooklyn) on Monday from 3-5 and 7-9 PM. Where prayers will be held on Tuesday at 1 PM. Interment Loudon Park Cemetery. Contributions may be made in his memory to the Boy Scouts of America. Online condolences may be sent to

Debbie and family, my heartfelt prayers to all of you! I enjoyed getting to know Mr. Ratliff and you Debbie the last few weeks during his dialysis treatments. I thought for sure he would beat the odds and head home...instead, heaven received a new angel and he suffers no more. My thoughts and prayersfor peace for all of you and to let you know you both have touched my life in a significant way, Laurie Smith Dialysis RN while hospitalized
