The family will receive friends in the LEMMON FUNERAL HOME OF DULANEY VALLEY INC. 10 W. Padonia Road (at York Road) Timonium, MD 21093 on Monday, 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM with a Vigil Service at 3:45 PM. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated in Immaculate Conception Church, 200 Ware Avenue, Towson, MD 21204 on Tuesday, January 26 at 10 AM. Interment Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens. Expressions of sympathy may be directed in Bill's memory to ARC of Baltimore, 7215 York Road, Baltimore, Maryland 21212. Guest registry available at www.mem.com

I knew Bill from his Edgewood Arsenal days and the Reserve Officers Assoc. I was pleased to meet him again after mass at Immaculate Conception. My sincere condolences to Mrs. Shearin and the family. May the soul of the faithful departed rest in peace.
