I will miss my Uncle Eric. I spent many childhood days at the softball field with he and Aunt T; spent many nights tagging along to parties ; and many spend the nights withhe and T watching movies and hanging out. His laugh was infectious as was his personality. Rest In Peace.

Eric was a great friend and colleague. I work with Eric when he started at Upjohn. We had a great time. He had a great sense of humor always making people laugh. I will always remember the good times we had golfing. I will truly miss him, rest in peace my friend. My thoughts and prayers are with his Family at this difficult time.

Eric was a good friend from childhood. I have nothing but fond memories of Eric. I remember his laugh, his love of music and all the old cars he drove. One memory I would like to share occurred when he and I were going to KCC together. He need a new door for a car he was driving at the time and he asked me to go along to a junk yard to get it. It was a beautiful day so I said yes. I remember working on the car listening to music cranked up loud and Eric laughing as we worked. All and all an ordinary but perfect day. Eric you will be missed.

Very shocked and sorry to learn of Eric's passing. Eric was a great guy to work with and to be around. A hard working guy with a great sense of humor, I always enjoyed hearing his laugh and his funny take on things. He took a lot of pride in his work, as well he should because he had admirable skill and a hard work ethic. Above all, Eric was always so proud of his sons and I enjoyed hearing his stories about his boy's activities and how well they were doing. My condolences to his family.

Eric was my brother in law but also my friend. He always made me smile or laugh. He was witty and even when he was ill, he would make a funny remark that would make everyone smile. He was a wonderful father and a very hard worker. I will never forget the family Christmases, and other holidays that he was a part of, our very first boating Dale Hollow camping trip, and all the talks we had over the years. He and Jim were great buddies and their great senses of humor and joy in life fed off each other. Anyone who truly knew Eric, knew a wonderful caring and fun person. He genuinely cared about people and was truly a "nice" guy. Eric: You will always be my brother and I can hear you telling me that I will always be your sister. I will truly miss our talks and laughs. You are now a bright star in the sky. I love you very much and will think of you often. As I told you Sunday: I will see you in the blink of an eye. Rest in peace, my brother, my friend.

Sending thoughts and prayers to Eric's family and friends during this most sorrowful time. Eric and I were friends since the 9th grade; he was my first boyfriend! I have such fond memories of fun times with him during High School.
I remember how he was the only one in our friend group who was old enough to drive (that old green station wagon!) babysitting for his sister Ellen's kids, and listening to some awesome music together. He was great about keeping in touch, calling a couple of times a year to share updates about Alex and Nate and how very proud he was of all their accomplishments and the wonderful young men they have become. He always talked about how thankful he was for Tina's love and guidance for their sons as they grew up and went off to college.

I will always cherish my friendship with Eric.....he was such a sweetheart, a great father, and a devoted friend who had the most infectious laugh and love of music that he shared so freely and joyously. Rest in Peace my friend - I will never forget you.

Wow! Cannot tell you how many times Eric and I had good times together. Between golfing and playing guitar together, I think we covered all the bases God set out for us to run. And a dedicated histotechnologist ta boot. They must be starting a new group UP there. JRPalmer
