He was born on April 7, 1966, in Denison, Iowa, to John "Jack" and Marilyn (King) Fouts. He was a maintenance worker for Arkansas State Parks and Tourism and had been employed at Bull Shoals-White River State Park since 2005.
He is survived by his parents, Jack and Marilyn Fouts of Bull Shoals.
