To the family of Mr. Klein, my thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time. I will always remember my Drivers' Ed days with Mr. Klein in Gardner, Kansas, and what a wonderful, calm teacher he was and how well he taught us all to drive. He was one of the best. Sharon Gillette Dolisi

I couldn't believe how he could stay so calm with some of us driving. I'll always remember him teaching us how to steer into a skid on ice! I think of that everytime the roads are slick to remind myself how to do it. Thought and prayers are with you at this time. GHS 1973

Mr. Klein was one of the best teachers I had. We kind of had a love/hate relationship because I could be kind of ornery on occation. During my drives with him during driver's ed class we would travel down I35 and he sometimes would nod off for a short nap because he new I'd been driving for several years on a restricted license. He was a great guy and will be missed by many.

Mr. Klein was my teacher in Gardner Kansas. he invented a game called "flashball", and was always actively interested in promoting good sportsmanship and teamwork. He taught PE, Health, and was also my drivers Ed. teacher. I respected him greatly and will always remember him. My condolences to the family in their time of mourning.
