Robin Killian Obituary
She was born Feb. 23, 1955, to Verne and Sue (Beach) Shissler in Elmhurst, Illinois. Robin was a woman of remarkable strength, kindness and wisdom. She dedicated her life to her family and friends, always putting others before herself. Robin's warm smile, infectious laughter and unyielding spirit will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Verne and Sue Shissler; and a son, Jody Waid Killian.
Robin is survived by her loving family, including her devoted husband of 52 years, Randy Killian; children Melissa Goodman and Doug (Amber) Killian; grandchildren Maggie Goodman, Sonny Goodman, Keatyn Killian, Kentleigh Killian and Kreeklynn Killian; and siblings, Mickey Shissler and TJ Perrigo.
Throughout her life, Robin was known for her passion for drawing and sketching, music and spending time at the Buffalo River. She had a unique ability to make everyone feel special and loved. Her legacy will live on in the hearts of those she touched.
A celebration of Robin's life will be held at a later date. Friends and family will be notified.
"Robin, you will be deeply missed, but your love and memories will forever be cherished in our hearts. Rest in peace, dear mother."
