CLAYTON, Del. - Frances Arlene Harvey (Fran) passed away on Wednesday, Jan. 12, 2022, at Bayhealth Kent Campus, Dover, Del.
She was born in Miami, Fla. on March 3, 1953, the daughter of the late Harry D. & Bernice (Cox) Cain.
Fran grew up and attended school in Miami, Fla. She enjoyed watching old game shows on TV, and especially enjoyed "Perry Mason". Most of all, she enjoyed spending time with family & friends and having barbeques during the summertime. She is survived by her husband, Robert Harvey; children, Steve (Nicole) Hunt, Zachary (Felicia) Hunt; grandchildren, Miranda Hunt, Savana Wayman, Charlotte Hunt, Lucas Holt, Grace Holt, Peyton Holt, Paxton Williams, and Tritan Miller; her siblings, Debbie (Dick) Rosengren, Danny Cain, Don Cain, and Sue Jennings (Landy); her foster-son, Bobby Brockway; numerous nieces, nephews and friends, and sister-in-law, Becky Dye; and Lady, her pet chihuahua.
She was predeceased by her daughter, Bernice Harvey; and "her baby" Chihuahua Minnie Pearl Harvey.
A special thank you to the ICU nurses & doctors and Robin in Palliative Care at Bayhealth Kent Campus, Dover, Del.
Services will be held 12 p.m., Friday, January 21, 2022 at Matthews-Bryson Funeral Home, 123 W. Commerce St., Smyrna, Del., where friends may call at 11 a.m. Masks are required by all in attendance.
Burial will be in Sudlersville Cemetery, Sudlersville, Md.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be sent to Matthews-Bryson Funeral Home.
