Norman Quible Obituary

Norman E. Quible, 85 DOVER - Norman E. Quible, 85, died suddenly on April 29, 2010, in Dover. Mr. Quible was a CPA in Prince George's County, Md. After he retired, and for the past 7 years, Mr. Quible and his wife, Rennie have happily made their home in Dover. Mr. Quible was born in Long Pine, Neb. His family moved to Maryland during the dust bowl and depression years. Mr. Quible enjoyed reading, crossword puzzles and traveling. He was a member of the Wild Meadows Homeowners Association , the Texas Lions' Youth Camp and a life member of the Lions Club International. He was a Lion for 46 years. He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Rennie Gulick Quible; a sister, Mary Lou Mechem; his daughter, Kathleen Straser; a son, Paul Quible; four grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandson. Norman Quible will be remembered as a honorable man, a dedicated Lion and one who believed in "passing on blessings." In lieu of flowers, please make contributions to the Manuelito Navajo Children's Home, Inc. P.O. Box 58 Gallup, N.M. 87305.
