Trisha Conner Obituary

Trisha Conner
Born: October 24, 1948 in Princeton, IL
Died: October 21, 2025 in Princeton, IL
It is with deep respect and admiration that we announce the passing of Trisha Conner on Tuesday, October 21st, 2025 -a woman whose unwavering strength and steadfast dedication represented her life. Trisha was born on October 24th, 1948. Her legacy is one of resilience, service, and enduring commitment, especially to her family and those fortunate enough to call her a friend.
She is preceded in death by her mother Mary Elizabeth Kasbeer, her brother Terry Kasbeer, her sister Karen Thompson, her former husband of 34 years Jim Conner, as well as John and Jane Hall (loving and special aunt and uncle). She is survived by three sons: Christopher Conner (wife Alaina Conner and two children Ashton and Jameson), Devin Conner (wife Tricia Conner, and two daughters Arianna and Laila), and Tim Conner (wife Nicole Conner, and two sons Wesley and Lincoln); niece Tracy Hannon (husband Joe Hannon); nephew Tom Woolley (wife Denise Woolley); and countless cousins and special friends, including Mary Phillips, Dave and Tricia Monier, and Ernie Parr.
A devoted mother, Trisha was the cornerstone of her family, guiding her three successful sons with a strong but loving hand. Her influence is evident in the lives of her six grandchildren-three girls and three boys-each shaped by her example of perseverance and loyalty. Trisha's support was never fleeting; she was present, reliable, and fiercely protective of those she loved.
Trisha's presence extended far beyond her family. She was a friend who showed up, ready to lend a hand or organize a gathering, always ensuring that others felt supported and included. Her love for the sun, the beach, her friends, being together with people she loved, and the satisfaction of a well-run event made her the driving force behind countless social occasions. Trisha approached every adventure, whether on the pickleball court, the tennis court, hiking, traveling, or practicing her newfound joy of yoga, with the same disciplined energy and competitive spirit that defined her life.
Professionally, Trisha was known for her meticulous attention to detail and her tireless work ethic. As a Documentation Specialist for Franchise Marketing Systems since 2011, she worked closely with franchise clients. Her previous work included decades of successful school fundraising for her three sons, extensive international travel and relocations in support of her former husband's agricultural commodities business, and client services for Varig airlines in New York City. Trisha's intellectual pursuits took her from Colorado University to the Alliance Française and the Sorbonne in Paris, and finally to Northern Illinois University, where she earned her BA in French. Her education and international experiences broadened her perspective and fortified her resolve.
Trisha's service to others was a hallmark of her character. In addition to raising her family, she spent many years as a primary caregiver for elderly relatives. She was never one to shy away from responsibility, always stepping up when her presence was needed most. Her life was a testament to strength, loyalty, and the power of unwavering support. Her legacy endures in the family she built, the friends she served, and the countless lives she touched through her presence and dedication. She will be remembered not only for what she accomplished, but for how she stood by others-steadfast, reliable, and resolute.
May we honor Trisha by carrying forward her example of service, perseverance, and devotion. Her memory will remain a source of strength for all who knew her.
Cremation Rites have been accorded. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
