Levis Gambrell Obituary
Levis R. Gambrell, beloved husband of the late Patsy Gambrell, peacefully passed away on March 6, 2024, at the age of 85. He is survived by his son Ross Gambrell, daughter Tammy Moses (Billy), grandsons Matthew Moses (Logan) and Zachary Moses, and a host of relatives and friends who will miss him dearly.
Born on November 17, 1938, Levis lived a life marked by dedication, service, and love. He was a devoted husband to Patsy, who preceded him in death, and a cherished father and grandfather. Levis was a pillar of strength and support for his family, and his memory will live on in their hearts forever.
Levis served his country with honor and distinction as a Navy Veteran. His commitment to duty and sacrifice during his service was a testament to his patriotism and courage.
After his military service, Levis embarked on a successful career with AT&T, where he served as a Fiber Optic Specialist. His expertise and dedication earned him the respect and admiration of colleagues and clients alike. Levis's contributions to the field of telecommunications were significant and lasting.
In his leisure time, Levis enjoyed being in his garage and meeting all the neighborhood dogs. Using his talents to build and create a numerous amount of projects of all kinds.
Though he may no longer be with us in person, his spirit will continue to inspire and uplift those who knew him.
In remembrance of Levis, donations may be made to Community Hospice in his honor.
Rest in peace, Dad. You will be deeply missed and fondly remembered always.

I will always remember Mr. Gambrell in his garage in Hialeah, working on ATVs for the neighborhood fanatics. It was where I remember him being the happiest in the 80's. I'm sorry to hear of his passing, but find solace in the fact he is reunited with his wife and they are sippin' coffee on their stools in the big garage in the sky. They will always have a place in my heart. Much love to Ross, Tammy, Billy and the rest of the family. Always, Rocki <3
