Betty J. Mann
A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 13, 2022 at the Wymore Church of Christ with Clayton Lundstedt officiating. Burial will be at the Blue Springs Cemetery. The body will lie in state at the Laughlin-Hoevet Funeral Home in Wymore on Saturday from 12:00 to 8:00 p.m. with the family greeting relatives and friends from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. and Sunday at the church one hour prior to the service. A memorial has been established to the Wymore Church of Christ and Alpha Christian Children's Home, 15017 27th St, Perry, KS 66703, with the funeral home in charge. I remember Betty very well. We attended the same church in Blue Springs. She and Bob were two very nice people to know. When I was around 10, she used to give hugs. The world needs more like her.

My beautiful, fun, southern bell Aunt who never hesitated to speak her mind and tell me exactly how she felt. I lost contact too many years ago and happened upon this obit searching for her once again. My heart breaks for your passing and I will pray for you and Bobby's family. As I was gowing up, duirng my high schools years, we lived next to Bob and Betty. They were exceptionally good to us and I remained their faithful life long life friend. So sad to hear of her passing but I believe God will have a very warm reception awaiting a person as good as my friend Betty Mann

I knew Bob and Betty well. They were two nicest people I knew in Blue Springs. Betty was my Sunday school teacher. She and Bob let me hunt on their property. Blue Springs lost a jewel in Betty. Kent please accept my sincerest condolences. Your parents will always be alive in my memories.

Our family has thought so much of Betty and have mentioned her often. My Mom was Gwendolyn James Hurtz and related to Betty. She was very fond of her.
Our thoughts are shared with her family as a very dear lady is no longer in our midst but is watching from above.

Betty was one of the sweetest ladies I have known. She never had an unkind word for anyone. Great memories of family reunions and gatherings. She and mom Bonnie were cousins. I am sure they are having a wonderful reunion in heaven.
