Edward Henry Heller

May 26, 1937 - December 13, 2024

Edward Henry Heller, age 87, of LaGrange, Mo. passed peacefully at the home of his daughter in Columbia, Mo. on December 13, 2024.

Ed was born May 26, 1937, in a Nebraska farming community and was raised in Clatonia, Neb. He married Carol Jean Albert on June 7, 1957. She passed away August 29, 2013.

Ed is survived by three children, Cindy (Bruce) Young of Columbia, Mo., Chris (Rose) Heller of Fort Smith, Ark., and Joe (Jackie) Heller of St. Louis, Mo. He was most proud of his 11 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren; also surviving are two sisters-in-law, Beverly Tiedeman and Glenna Heller both of Nebraska; nephews, Bruce (Karen) Tiedeman and Joshua (Cara) Heller; and one niece, Jennifer (Jamey) Krueger. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Carol Heller; his brother, Paul Heller; and his brothers-in-law, Melvin Tideman and Ronald Albert.

Graveside services and inurnment will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, October 24, 2025, at the Clatonia Cemetery in Clatonia, Neb.

The family suggests memorials be made to the La Grange United Methodist Church or the La Grange Lions Club in care of Davis Funeral Home, PO Box 146, La Grange, Mo.
