Rene Garrett Farley, Sr., 30 years of age, of Beatrice passed away Wednesday, October 31, 2018. He was born in Beatrice on January 31, 1988 to Clarence Farley and Vicky Moon. Rene attended Beatrice High School. He worked several places doing cement work, was a chef and being a stay at home father. Rene enjoyed comic books, fishing, superheroes especially Batman, music, reading, drawing, his snake Madusa and especially spending time with his children.
Rene is survived by his parents; sons, Rene Jr., Benjamin, Hendrix, Lincoln; step-son, Aiden; daughter, Jenae; brother, Clarence Farley III and wife LaShaye of Kansas City, Missouri; sisters, Deziree Milke and husband Kevin, Whitnee Farley and James Rivers III, Erica Boerger and husband Joshua, all of Beatrice; grandmothers, Wilma Moon of Beatrice, George Ann Farley of Kansas City, Missouri; uncles and aunts, John and Patricia Moon, Robert "Bob" and Sharon Moon, Barbara "Barb" and Dave Harms, Leandra Holland, Cheryl Farley; girlfriend, Dawnn Box; mother of his children, Ashley Farley; and several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Clarence Farley, Leasel Moon; and uncle, Robert "Bobby" Farley.
Memorial Services will be held at 1:30 PM Monday, November 5, 2018 at Harman-Wright Mortuary in Beatrice with Pastor David Bigley officiating. There will be no visitation. Memorials are suggested to the family's choice in care of the mortuary. Condolences may be left online at www.harmanwrightmortuary.com.
