Richard "Skip" Donovan Jr. died on December 5, 2025, at the age of 81.
Skip was born January 13, 1944, in Omaha, NE, to Dick and Merle Donovan.
Skip was a dedicated husband to Sharon, his loving wife of 44 years, until her passing in 2008.
Skip was a devoted father to DeDe (Todd) and Richie (Denise).
He was a proud grandfather to Dani, Nikki (Rick), Megan (Toby), and Dallas.
Proud great-grandfather to Cooper, Ricky, Axel, and Donovan.
Skip served his country for nine years in the US Navy.
Skip was a hard working man who built a career as a conductor for the UP Railroad, retiring after 30 years.
Skips kindness, generosity and unwavering love for his family will never be forgotten.
