My deepest sympathies go out to Mel's family. Although we had not seen each other in several years, I still considered Mel my sister. I have fond memories of our beach outings and dancing all night long. When Mel lived in Houston, there were four of us ladies that formed a bond of friendship and had many, many fun weekend trips. Mel is now in heaven with her loved ones.
God Bless her family and friends.
I love you Mel.
