Jimmy Aud Obituary
Jimmy graduated from Jasper High School, Class of 1951. Following graduation, he married his high school sweetheart, Evelyn "Juanice" Singletary, and they settled in Jasper, TX. He then served in the U.S. Army, he was a medic at Ft. Myers, Virginia. After his term in service, he and "Juanice", returned to reside in Jasper. They celebrated 68 years of marriage before her passing. Jimmy was an avid sports enthusiast. He also served as a Jasper City Councilman, Jasper Country Club President and sat on the board of the Kirbyville Bank.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by a sister, Emma "Jean" Williams and brother, Billy Earl Wilson. Surviving is his son, Mark Stephen Aud, and his wife, Debbie of Brookeland. He had one grandchild, Jessica Leigh Aud-Diaz and her husband Arnaldo along with his great- grandchildren, Matthew and Emma, of Wiley, TX; many nieces and nephews.
A service of remembrance will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, May 10, 2025, at Stringer-Griffin Funeral Home, Hwy. 96 North, Jasper, TX; the visitation hours will be from 9-11.

Sympathy to Jimmy´s family. I worked with Janette Redmon 15 years at First City Bank on East Lucas in Bmt. We were close friends .Juanice came to visit her one day, I met her She was a .Precious lady. Did not meet Jimmy.Heard so much good about him and the store. Keep the memories of each of them close to your heart.
