John Garcia Obituary

John Joseph Garcia, age 90, passed away on Sunday, August 25, 2024. He was born on September 2, 1933, in Port Arthur, Texas to Luz Garcia and Pola De La Rosa.

Left to cherish his memory are his daughters, Della Rose Tallent, Mary Katherine Luke, Jessica Lynne Williamson and husband Kenneth, and Mary Angela "Angel" Garcia and wife Shelby Duplant; sons, John Larry Garcia, Joe Garcia, and James Andrew Garcia; grandchildren, Michael Shawn Phillips, Rachel Sanchez, Danielle Garcia and husband Rob Dickman, Travis Foret, Leah Williamson, Lenny Luke, Jeff Luke and wife Danika, Brandon Foret, Dakota Nielssen, Victoria Gracian and husband Chavo, Angel Garcia, Michael Garcia, and Julian Garcia; great-grandchildren, Valerie Gracian, Julian Gracian, MaKenna Foret, Clifford Luke, Maryella Luke, Caleb Henry Luke, Joaquin Dickman, and Adelyn Foret; and the mother of his children, Maria Jesus Garcia.

Preceding John in death are his parents; son, Charles "Hank" Garcia; daughter, Carol Anne Foret; brothers, Luz Garcia, David Garcia, and Gilbert Garcia; and sister, Delores Valdez.
