Liela Moujaes

Liela Moujaes, 83, of Beaumont, died Tuesday, April 21, 2009 at Memorial Hermann Baptist Beaumont Hospital. She was born January 15, 1926 to Malvina and Joseph Moujaes in Lebanon and has lived in the Beaumont area since 1978. Liela enjoyed cooking and was an expert gardener. Survivors include her husband, Gabriel Moujaes of Beaumont; sons, Henri Moujaes and his wife Kathy of Beaumont, Alfred Moujaes and his wife Maria of Houston, and Samuel Moujaes and his wife Maria of Beaumont; daughter, Grace Moujaes of Beaumont; brother, Baheg Moujaes of Lebanon; and three grandchildren, Chris Moujaes and his wife Leila, Eric Moujaes and Allison Moujaes. Her funeral service will be 10:00 a.m. Friday, April 24, 2009 at Broussard's, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont with burial to follow at St. Michaels Cemetery. A Trisagion will be 7:00 p.m. Thursday, April 23, 2009 at Broussard's.
