1967 - 2018 Raleigh Bertrand 50, of Beaumont, TX; passed Jul. 04, 2018. Services will be July 14, 2018 at Solid Rock Church 5090 Pine Burr Blvd. Beaumont, TX. Visitation will begin at 1PM until funeral at 2PM. Interment will be in Green Lawn II Cemetery Beaumont, TX. Raleigh was preceded in death by father: Allen J. Bertrand. Cherishing his memories are mother: Ella Mae LeBlanc, sisters: Magnolia Semien, Renella Bertrand and Debra Bertrand. Brothers: Preston Allison, Donald LeBlanc and Jerome Bertrand all of Cheek, TX.
