Stephen Marshall Obituary
Stephen was born in Beaumont, TX, on January 29, 1952, to Kenneth and Gulah Marshall. Stephen was the third of four children who grew up in Beaumont, TX. Upon graduation from French High School in 1970, he attended Sam Houston State and graduated in 1974 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting. He met Delores Gerdes Marshall at Sam Houston and went on to marry and have five children together with her. Following graduating from Sam Houston State, Delores and Stephen moved to Houston, TX, where Stephen was a Banker and Car Warranty Salesman for many years. They were proud to see all five kids graduate college and later relocated to Dallas, TX, to be closer to them. Stephen's hobbies included hunting, fishing, and outdoor activities; however, his biggest hobbies included surrounding himself with his children and grandchildren. Stephen lived each day for them, and his bright smile and love for his family will be greatly missed.
Stephen will be lovingly remembered by Delores Marshall; children Celeste, Lindsey, Tere, Daniel, and Joshua; siblings Cynthia, Kenny, and Vicki; and nine grandchildren, Carson, Kingsland, Marshall, Sutton, Harper, Calvin, Emma, Olivia, and Elijah.
A celebration of Stephen's life will be held at 2:00 pm on Sunday, April 10 at Turrentine Jackson Morrow Funeral Home 2525 N. Central Expy Allen, Texas 75013.
