To the Carter family:

I am deeply sorry for your loss of Steve. I pray that you find comfort and peace in the knowledge that you will be with him again one day.

To Mandy, Misty and Billy Joe:

I will remember your Dad's smile, how he always gave everyone a nickname and his love of music. I will remember his love of fishing and the joy it gave him. I will remember his kindness.

You will carry your Dad in your heart and when your missing him... I wish you a treasure trove of memories to comfort you.
