Charlene Killy
Charlene Ima Ann Killy, nee Hahn, 69, of Columbia, Ill., born July 20, 1939, in St. Louis, Mo., died Wednesday, Oct. 22, 2008.
Mrs. Killy was a retired X-ray Technician, and a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Columbia, Ill.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Jessey and Elvira, nee Merlenbach, Hahn; and a sister-in-law- Ellen Killy.
Surviving are her husband, William Killy Jr., whom she married Sept. 10, 1960, in Modoc, Ill.; her children, Beth (Dale) Gummersheimer of Columbia, Ill., Stephen Killy of Columbia, Ill., David (Debbie) Killy of Millstadt, Ill., and Michael (Dvonne) Killy of Valmeyer, Ill.; grandchildren, Jeremy Mees, Ashlyn Gummersheimer, Madilyn Gummersheimer, Kevin Killy, Kurt Killy, Kaitlyn Killy, Kirstin Killy, Chris (Kaena) Burke, Courtney Burke, Joshua Killy, Tyler Hille, Tori Killy, Trent Killy, Brittany Killy, Jordyn Killy, Megan Killy, and Jacob Killy; great- grandchildren, Kayla Burke and Chloe Burke; sisters, Donna (Roland) Falkenhain of Memphis, Tenn., Joyce (Dennis) Kruse of Columbia, Ill., Debbie (Charles) Hartmann of Red Bud, Ill., and Diane (Larry) Gielow of Red Bud, Ill.; brothers-in-law, Paul Killy and Dennis Killy; and nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Visitation: Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday, Oct. 24, 2008, at Lawlor Funeral Home, Columbia, Ill.

Funeral: A Funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 25, 2008, at Immaculate Conception Church, Columbia, Ill., with Father Carl Scherrer, officiating. Interment will follow in the Immaculate Conception Catholic Cemetery, Columbia, Ill.
