Charles Keilman Charles W. Keilman, 83, of Belleville, IL, born January 5, 1937, in Hammond, IN, died Monday, July 27, 2020, at his residence. Mr. Keilman was a customer service representative for Union Pacific Railroad before his retirement. He was a veteran of the United States Army. Charles was preceded in death by his parents, Alois and Agnes, nee Matson, Keilman. Surviving are his wife of 58 years, Helen, nee Winn, Keilman, whom he married on November 18, 1961; his children, Barbara Keilman, Dwayne (Linda) Keilman, Robin Keilman; 10 grandchildren; and at least 15 great grandchildren.
