We met Joe & Joyce at the Y Y CLuB in East St. Louis many years ago. He was a member of the Signal Lighters Sunday School Class at Signal Hill United Methodist Church. He loved to quote from The Wallstreet Journal. He called upon me to drive him to St. Ellizabeth's Hospital or Smith's Pharmacy. We will miss his smile & positive attitude.

We met Mr. Wisecup once, and recently, when he was kind enough to let us visit his home. I happened to have grown up in his house and he was so pleasant and lively to meet. I hope his family's sorrow is soon replaced with only fond memories. My best wishes to you all at this time.

When a Brother Mason is called by the Grand Warden on high, to that house not built by human hands, eternal in the heavens, we that remain morn. Until the day we too are called, farewell dear brother…farewell.
