Echo Hale
Echo L. Hale, nee Dillon, 93, of Florissant, Mo., formerly of Mascoutah, Ill., born Mar. 31, 1915, in Mascoutah, Ill., died Wednesday, Nov. 26, 2008, at Bent-Wood Nursing Center in Florissant, Mo.
Mrs. Hale was a retired secretary from PET Milk in St. Louis, Mo.; a member of St. John United Church of Christ in Mascoutah; and the Mascoutah Senior Citizens.
Echo was preceded in death by her husband, Herbert Hale; and her parents, Harry and Mayme, nee Klees, Dillon.
Surviving are a daughter, Carolyn (Vernon) Smith of Florissant, Mo.; two grandchildren, Farley (Rhonda) Smith of Alton, Ill., and Rachel (Kevin) Barnett of Eureka, Mo.; four great-grandchildren, Jenna and Joshua Smith, and Benjamin and Luke Barnett.
Memorials may be made to St. John United Church of Christ, Mascoutah, Ill. Condolences can be sent to the family by visiting mollfuneralhome.com.

Visitation: friends may call from noon to 2 p.m. Monday, Dec. 1, 2008, at Moll Funeral Home in Mascoutah, Ill.

Funeral: Funeral Services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, Dec. 1, 2008, at Moll Funeral Home in Mascoutah, Ill., with the Rev. Hugh Fitz officiating. Burial will be in Mascoutah City Cemetery in Mascoutah, Ill.
