Racine Oberkfell

Racine A. Oberkfell, nee Harrison, 84, of Maryville, Illinois, born on November 23, 1932, in Winchester, Illinois, passed away Wednesday, August 23, 2017 at Anderson Hospital in Maryville, Ill.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth "Mope" Oberkfell; a daughter Brenda Oberkfell; and her parents Raymond Edward Harrison and Mary Deborah (nee Wilson) Harrison.

Racine is survived by her children, Randy (Venita) Rider of Guston, Ky., Kenneth R. Oberkfell of Maryville, Ill., Lawrence (Debra) Oberkfell of Maryville, Ill., Marie (Clayton) Dunn of Granite City, Ill., Jim Oberkfell of Powder Springs, Ga., Chuck (Lauri) Oberkfell of Collinsville, Ill., and Charmaine (Mike) Recklein of Maryville, Ill.; 23 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Services: Visitation is from 4 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, August 31, 2017, at Herbert A. Kassly Funeral Home in Collinsville, Ill. Funeral is Friday, September 1, 2017, at 10 a.m. at Herbert A. Kassly Funeral Home in Collinsville, Ill.
