I am so very sorry for your loss. Rita was a co-worker with my husband,
John at IDOT. They made a great team. She was dedicated to her family and made sure they enjoyed her love of the great outdoors in all ways! She will be missed by her loved ones and friends.

Rita was my co-worker for many years! I always admired her work ethic and willingness to help if needed. She was prompt and very intelligent! She knew the set up perfectly! What an attribute to have. She was a gentle soul who loved her family.
