I don't know where to start, or end...... Bob has been a part of my life as long as I can remember. We lived three houses down from them on Bender. Bob, and his wife were friends of my parents before I was born. Barb started watching me after my mom returned to work, and I've been part of the "family" ever since. If I wasn't doing things with my dad I was with Bob and Devin. Hundreds, and hundreds of hours were spent working of stuff in his garage over the years. If I was ever having problems fixing or figuring something out, he was just a phone call or a 10 minute drive away.....problem solved. When dad and I would be cleaning fish, it was almost a given that Bob would be showing up on that white scooter, shop towel hanging out of his back pocket, and a Tupperware bowl to take some fish home (he had that "they're cleaning fish" 6th sense). Grade school, high school, Air Force enlistment, Adulthood, he's always been there. He was like having another dad. I could go on and on. He's back with Verna, and all will be good. He will be missed.
