My family sends its deepest condolences to the Conrath family. Willard took wonderful care of my grandfather, Joe Seppi, who always enjoyed his company during his last few years. My father, Patrick Seppi alway spoke so highly of Willard, and he will be remembered by him as a lifelong friend. I, Maggie Seppi, daughter of Patrick Seppi, knew Willard most of my life. I will never forget those visits to his house to see him and his loving wife. My grandmother, Wilma Seppi, also sends along her love and condolences. He was always so loving and uplifting. My family has yours in our prayers, and we are so so sorry for your loss. He was certainly one of a kind, and I'm lucky my father had such an admirable friend who I was able to spend time with. He will be missed each and every day.

The gold standard of Uncle Bill's spirit and example have always been and always will be with me. What a team he and my Dad always were together both at work and play. He was the first rock star I ever knew entertaining the neighborhood kids on Sunday afternoons with his electric guitar. He was a patient boss when I was in my 20s helping make sure I knew how to drive a nail before I got thrown in with the big boys. He's a huge part of my life long love of the water and water sports. He always made me proud to be a Conrath. He touched so many lives and I'll miss him every day.

So sorry for your loss. Gail, my mom went to school with your dad and told me about his nickname Shiek. She also remembered some of his silly behavior in school. May those memories keep him forever in your hearts. Again, my deepest sympathy.

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow. Willard was such a caring person and genuine friend to our family and we are so sorry to hear he is no longer with us. We have many fond memories from the time he let us use his car for our wedding, to all the boat rides and how patient he was with everyone making sure they all had a chance to water-ski or ride on the inner tube.

Jeanne,
May the memories of your dad always remain alive in your heart and know that thoughts and prayers are with you and your family at this time.

To the Conrath family
Want to extend Nikki, Ryan and my deepest sympathy on the loss of your dad and brother. Some of our happiest times were with your dad on the boat with Grandpa (Ken) Juen. We spent many a wonderful time with Sheik and Ann and will never forget what a good, genuine person he was. One of the best times I remember was watching Shiek onthe guitar, Ken Juen on the drums and Fred Koening on the key board playing "Proud Mary" now all 3 friends can be reunited in heaven.
Sincerely Debbie (Juen) Woolsey

Willard was a gem, one of a kind. He would see us at St. Luke's and sit behind us. He would start singing and he would sing off key. I think he did this on purpose. He certainly got the attention of all my children when he did. He also, made church fun for me, the reactions on the kids faces were priceless. He had a fun loving way about him and he will be missed. With Sincere Sympathy, Bridget & Bob Juen

My sympathy to the Conrath family. Gail, I saw your mom and dad a couple of years ago at the hospital and chatted with your dad about the grade school days hanging out at your house. It was like he hadn't changed. Those are some fun memories!

Shiek was a wonderful guy and I am so sorry for your loss. I will never forget his love of life and great smile. My dad would love talking about him and was so proud of his friendship. He was a great guy. I am so glad that a few years ago he and Ann drove me around Belleville and told stories about life in Belleville. My deepest sympathy to the Conrath family. I want to offer my sincere sympathy to the entire family of Willard Conrath. He was an exceptional human being, always ready with a pleasant greeting and a smile. Back from 1977 to 1985 I rented an apartment from him at Kircher Place. If there was ever something needing repair, he made sure that it was taken care of promptly. Our loss is surely Heaven's gain. Rest in peace, Mr. Conrath.
