I first met Mrs.Roe when she became our school lunch cook at Assumption. And years later I reconnected with her with the Harvest Fest. She was always a very special lady & a great cook!! I think of her often when I"m looking for recipes from the Church cook book. My thoughts & prayers to you. May her memories bring you comfort.
