Jeff, your passing has been such a shock. Thank you for always being incredibly kind to my wife and our furry one. Never once did we ever see you with a bad attitude, but rather you were always helpful, and loving. We are very sorrowful and still in shock. Again, thank you buddy. You will be missed.

It is said a dog will always sniff out the true goodness of a person. Jeff easily passed all those dog tests. He was a good man. I will miss him and his smiley greetings.

I am shocked and so saddened to hear of Jeff's passing - he was SUCH a wonderful man! Every time, and I mean EVERY time, my Doberman Daisy and I arrived at Starvin' Sams, Jeff gave Daisy treats and lots of love! I so wish we could have said goodbye. I will always remember our many great conversations. I hope Taco is in the best of hands! My deepest sympathy to Jeff's family and friends... He was truly one in a billion.

So, so sorry to hear of Jeff's passing. He was a very sweet soul. So glad that we had a chance to spend time with him and to get to know him just a little bit better when we were all gathered in Roseburg, OR.

Just a note to convey our sadness at Jeff's unexpected passing. He was one of the few truly good people that I know, and the very favorite human of my dog, Happy. My wife loved Jeff, as well. He will be sorely missed.

Jeff was such a fixture here in Fairhaven - if the store wasn't busy, we would chat awhile when I stopped in. He was so friendly and so quick to offer help - and was always teasing me about my secret addiction to Hostess Cupcakes - always quick to tell me there was a new fresh shipment in and maybe I should buy some. He had just showed me a picture of his dog, Taco, a couple of days before his passing - he really loved that little dog. Over the four years I have lived in Fairhaven, he definitely became a friend and someone I will really miss. So hard to walk in the store and not see him there with his big welcoming smile - he will be greatly missed. My condolences to his family and I hope they find some comfort in how many people counted Jeff as their friend.

My brother (Uncle) was such a wonderful person He was always willing to help others and asked for nothing in return
He would want us all to celebrate the good life that he had. We can all be thankful we had him in our lives and to remember him as the great guy, brother & Uncle he was. I know the days ahead will be difficult without him, May God give us the strength and Hope through this difficult time.

Jeff and I came to know one another through our mutual friend Tank, the black and White Staffordshire Bull Terrier. Of course we both also knew Tank's owner, John. It was immediately obvious how much Jeff liked animals. It was also clear that Jeff was a good friend to a great many people. He will be missed.

Sissy loved seeing Jeff and Taco at the dog park. So sad to hear of his passing. Such a kind man.

He left a positive impression on those he met. I am so sadden to read of his death! My heartfelt condolence goes to the family. Even though a man does not know his own time [Eccl 9:12], it is never easy to lose someone we love. Draw close to God in prayer. He will help you to endure your grief.
