Larry Harrison Obituary

Larry C. Harrison
May 6, 1952 - May 27, 2021
Bellingham, Washington - Larry passed away on May 27, 2021 after a ten year battle with heart disease. Born in Bellingham, WA to Noel and Florence (Wolfe) Harrison, he was 5th of 6 in a loud, close-knit family raised on a dairy farm in Laurel.
Larry graduated from Meridian High School in 1970 and had many interesting jobs ending with early retirement from the county due to his heart. A member of the Loyal Order of Camels, he spent many years helping put on the spring fishing derby.
Larry had a wicked sense of humor and a great laugh, he was always willing to lend a helping hand. He loved nothing more than driving his tractor around his property in Beautiful Downtown Laurel which had Cedar trees with a giant swing, a zipline, and a treehouse (just some of his clever projects), and finishing his day sitting around his campfire telling stories. He loved his family and grandchildren most of all.
Larry is survived by his life partner, Sue Pazaski; sons, Leo (Amanda) and Taylor Harrison; sons of his heart, Tate (Tanya), Travis (Aimee), and Torrey (Kim) Pazaski; grandchildren, Clara and Nolan Harrison, and Tracen, Tanner, Caden, Emma, and Josie Pazaski; sisters, Joyce Herrin and Judy (Al) Larsen; and many nieces and nephews who loved him and will miss him tremendously.
Larry is preceded in death by his parents and his brothers, Duane, Dale, and Leo.
A celebration of Larry's life will be planned at a later date.

My condolences to Larry's family. Laurel will never be the same. I've known Larry since 1971, lots of fun times during the years with the group. He will be missed. So Sorry for everyone's loss. A funny, witty guy..

In the few short years that I worked around Larry he was indeed noisy and rambunctious but it was obvious he loved his family and demonstrated a character of integrity. Recollections bring a smile. That alone is an admirable legacy.
