Bellingham, Washington - Robert Franklin Sofie
Robert passed away 12/31/2022 after a brief Illness.
Robert was born in Bellingham, April 12, 1946 to Daniel Sofie Sr and Adeline Sofie.
Robert graduated from Bellingham High School class of 1964.
After High School he enlisted in the Army, spent the majority of his military time in Germany.
Robert spent many years living in Southern California and Northern California.
He returned to Bellingham in 2013 and enjoyed many activities: cooking, flower gardening, his friends and his cat Mr Mazie.
Robert was preceded in death by his parents Daniel and Adeline Sofie and brother Mike Sofie.
He is survived by his Life Partner Alfred Correa. Also survived by siblings; Dan Sofie Jr (Elaine), Edward Sofie, Mary Ann Sofie-Anscomb (Colin), Stephen Sofie
( Janet), Nancy Strickler (Mick) and many nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date, notification will be published.
